Terms of Service

HireFit is operated by LVII Ltd. Liability Co. (“HireFit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using HireFit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Use of the service
HireFit provides tools to ingest, score, and track job opportunities. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of job placement, accuracy of third-party data, or uninterrupted availability.
Email forwarding
Each account is assigned a unique inbound email address for forwarding LinkedIn job alerts. By using this feature, you agree to:
- Use the inbound address only for forwarding your own job alert emails
- Not forward emails containing personal data of others or confidential information
- Not attempt to abuse, flood, or misuse the inbound email pipeline

User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you upload or ingest
- You must not misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must ensure your resume and other uploaded content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use HireFit for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use the service to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HireFit, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface designs (excluding user-uploaded content), are owned by HireFit and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to HireFit, including your resume and personal data. By using HireFit, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
Third-party services
HireFit integrates with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies:
- Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (sign-in only — no Gmail access)
- Resend Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (login link email delivery)
- AWS Terms of Service (inbound email processing via SES and S3)
- OpenAI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (resume scoring)
- Supabase Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (data storage)
- Individual applicant tracking system terms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
HireFit is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Termination
You may stop using HireFit at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, access "Delete Account" from your account menu in the application and confirm the deletion. All data will be immediately and permanently deleted. Alternatively, you may contact support at support@hirefit.app for assistance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HireFit at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Could harm HireFit, other users, or third parties
- Violates applicable third-party service terms
Upon termination, your right to use HireFit will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
HireFit does not guarantee:
- Job placement, interview opportunities, or employment outcomes
- Accuracy of job scores, recommendations, or third-party job data
- Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service operation
- That defects will be corrected or that the service is free of viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
- Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code that may be transmitted through the service
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service
In no event shall HireFit's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to HireFit in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireFit and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of HireFit shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.
You and HireFit agree to waive any right to a jury trial. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of HireFit after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using HireFit and may request deletion of your account.
